The Deborah Institute is designed to instill, inspire, and influence women in three major areas of life.

Our Mission

The Deborah Institute brings women together to champion one another toward wholeness, community, and Kingdom destiny-empowering them to achieve their spiritual, educational, and professional goals.

Empowering women to discover their destiny, expand their influence, and pull the next generation forward.

Wholeness and Identity

Definition:

Cultivating healthy spiritual and emotional foundations.

Focus:

Before effective leadership, or impact her own spheres of influence, a woman must first walk in healing, confidence, and a deep understanding of her identity in Christ.

Kingdom Destiny:

Definition:

Aligning personal passion with divine purpose.

Focus:

Moving past surface-level success to help women discern, step into, and execute the unique, God given assignment for their lives.

Strategic Sisterhood (Or Authentic Community)

Definition:

Building a powerful, reliable network of mutual support.

Focus:

Moving away from competition and isolation. This pillar ensures every woman is actively “championed” by a community that celebrates her wins and lifts her during challenges.

Market and Community Impact

Definition:

Elevating spiritual, educational, professional, and social goals.

Focus:

Equipping women with the practical tools, mentorship, and excellence needed to excel in their careers, classrooms, business, boardrooms, and communities.

Area #1 Spiritual Development

Spiritual development based on relationship with God, and His Word. Psalm 27:8-amp, Joshua 1:8-amp, Jeremiah 29:13-amp

Area #2 The Soul (Psychological Development)

This area focusses on psychological wholeness, soundness, and continued maturation of the soul. As the soul is the foundation of overall sustaining success in life and ministry, 3 John 2

Area #3 Body-Referencing the physical/relational/financial

This aspect of TDI targets Business development, strategies, investments, and Kingdom Networking.

The Deborah Institute meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
